Brisa Boutique is an online fashion store based in the Netherlands. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website.

2. Products

We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices shown on our website include VAT. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

• Netherlands: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. Returns & Refunds

You may return unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. To start a return, email us at mulugetanathan9@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Brisa Boutique and may not be used without permission.

8. Liability

Brisa Boutique is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
